Do I need a face terminal?
A connected device is needed for automatic attendance collection. We will check your equipment and workflow with you. Hikvision integration is under validation; compatibility is confirmed for the exact device and firmware.
Can reports arrive in Telegram?
Yes. A user connects their private Telegram chat, an administrator selects recipients, and an enabled schedule controls delivery.
What happens during an internet outage?
Recovery depends on the device and connector. The connector foundation stores queued events for retry; terminal history and recovery must be verified during setup.
Does Qadam calculate salaries?
Qadam shows attendance records and the time between attendance endpoints. These are not payroll calculations or confirmed payable hours.
Which languages are available?
Kazakh is the default. Russian and English are also available.
